This is my first blog and I'm experiencing a writer's block. Knowing me, most people would say I'm never at a loss for words but putting those words down in sensible readable text is another matter. Especially, when you know it is published "out there" for all to see. I'm retired now but busier than ever. In fact, I don't have time to work! Not the 9 to 5 kind anyway. I totally enjoy and appreciate every day of my life and the days I spend in my studio.
I'm working with many different mediums trying to discover which one I enjoy more. What has surprised me is that I love them all and with each new metal, clay, bead or technique, I've come to find I can't wait to somehow utilize it in a new jewelry design. Along the way, I've taken photographs of most of my pieces and though the pics aren't the greatest, I will post them at some point on my blog.
My BFF, my constant companion and love in my life, is Bogie. He's my shadow and sits patiently by me while I'm on the computer or in my studio and comes up to me to ask for a belly rub at some point. He works for love - how beautiful is that?
