Back to Basics -WE Bikram Yoga in Ormond Beach, FL
There is a great new studio for hot Bikram Yoga in Ormond Beach, Florida called WE Yoga. They are certified yoga instructors in the teaching of Bikram and their studio has to be the best I've been to. It is beautiful and full of amenities. The owners of the studio are Will and Erika thus the WE in the name of the studio.You will never meet a more nicer and knowledgeable people as Will and Erika and they will welcome you and make you feel right at home.
Please do try Bikram Yoga and I promise you won't regret it. Your energy level will go to another level as your endorphins kick in and weight will literally melt off your body. Do come very hydrated and on an empty stomach. Do not judge your first few classes because you will be uncomfortable with the heat in the beginning but it does get easier. I trust you will come to love Bikram Yoga as I do.
